Blueberry - Limited Edition Linocut Print

From my Colors of Summer collection, celebrating the plants, colors, and memories that define summer in Alaska.

Some of my favorite childhood memories are of picking blueberries on backpacking trips with

my family. We'd gather berries along the trail, then mix them into biscuit dough once we

reached the cabin for fresh woodstove biscuits.

This print is the only one in the collection where I changed the color after printing it. The first blue I mixed felt too bright, so I printed a second set of circles in a softer, dustier blue. It felt much closer to the color I picture when I think of blueberries.

Designed and printed in my Juneau, Alaska studio. Each print is hand-carved and hand-printed, so no two are exactly alike. You will receive a random numbered print from the edition.
