5. Tattoo Reproduction & Licensing
Artwork displayed or sold by AKMichelle may not be reproduced as a tattoo without express written permission or the purchase of an authorized Tattoo Ticket.

The purchase of a print, sticker, greeting card, digital file, or other product does not grant permission to reproduce the artwork as a tattoo.

Unauthorized reproduction of AKMichelle artwork as a tattoo may constitute copyright infringement under applicable law.

If tattoo reproduction rights are offered, they are granted only under separate licensing terms and are non-transferable unless otherwise specified in writing.

AKMichelle is not responsible for the quality, execution, interpretation, safety, or outcome of any tattoo performed by a third party.

6. Limited License for Personal Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

This license does not permit resale, redistribution, commercial exploitation, or creation of derivative works.

7. AI, Scraping & Data Use Prohibition

• Colors may vary due to monitor calibration differences

These variations are not considered defects.

10. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

Payment must be received in full before shipment.

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their jurisdiction.

11. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Shipping rates displayed at checkout may be calculated using flat-rate estimates based on typical carrier pricing.

If actual shipping costs significantly exceed the flat-rate amount charged (including due to weight, dimensions, insurance, carrier surcharges, or destination), AKMichelle reserves the right to:

• Invoice the customer for the additional shipping balance prior to shipment, or

• Cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Customers will be notified before any additional charge is processed.

Customers are responsible for any address correction fees imposed by shipping carriers due to inaccurate information provided at checkout.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

AKMichelle is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

12. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

If your order arrives damaged:

• Provide clear photographic documentation of the damage and packaging
