I pack and ship every order from my studio in Juneau, Alaska. Thank you for supporting handmade art — it truly means the world to me.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
During busy seasons (markets, holidays, new releases), processing times may be slightly longer. If there’s ever a delay, I’ll communicate directly with you.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Three shipping options are available at checkout:

USPS Priority Express: Estimated 2–4 business days

USPS Priority: Estimated 3–5 business days

USPS Ground: Estimated 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information (when available).
International Shipping
I currently offer USPS First Class Package International shipping.
International delivery times typically range from 1–4+ weeks, depending on destination and customs processing.
Please note:
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes. These charges are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
A Note About Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are offered as flat-rate options for simplicity and transparency.
Because I ship from Alaska, rates may be higher than you are used to seeing. Shipping rates are based on typical carrier pricing for most destinations. In the uncommon event that actual shipping costs are dramatically higher than the selected rate (due to destination, package size, insurance requirements, or carrier surcharges), I may contact you before shipping to:

Request the additional shipping balance, or

Offer the option to cancel your order for a full refund
I will always reach out before charging anything additional.
Packaging
Prints are carefully packaged to help prevent bending or damage during transit. I take great care in preparing each order so it arrives safely.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are in their hands.
If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check with neighbors or household members

Contact your local post office
If something truly goes wrong, reach out and I’ll do my best to help.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the item

Photos of the packaging
I’ll review everything and work with you on a replacement or solution.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each print is handmade and paper goods are delicate, all sales are final.
I’m not able to accept returns or exchanges for:

Minor handmade variations

Slight color differences due to screen settings

Change of mind

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
