Fiddlehead - Limited Edition Linocut Print

Part of the Colors of Summer collection, celebrating the plants, colors, and memories that define summer in Alaska.

There's something a little magical about fiddleheads. I still can't quite believe that something so big fits inside that tiny little curl. I somehow always miss the window to forage them, but I love seeing them anyway. They're one of my favorite signs that summer is on its way.

The deep green behind this print is the color of fiddleheads growing in the shade. It's darker than they really are, but it's the green I think of whenever I picture them tucked beneath the trees.

Designed and printed in my Juneau, Alaska studio. Each print is hand-carved and hand-printed, so no two are exactly alike. You will receive a random numbered print from the edition.
