Salmonberry - Limited Edition Linocut Print

Part of the Colors of Summer collection, celebrating the plants, colors, and memories that define summer in Alaska.

It didn't take long for me to fall in love with salmonberries after I moved to Juneau. Every summer I look forward to filling my basket with them. I don't know why, but something about the mix of golden yellow and deep red berries makes me ridiculously happy.

I chose the golden yellow of a perfectly ripe salmonberry for this print. It's not the color most people expect from a ripe berry, but it's a color that anyone who has picked salmonberries will recognize.

Designed and printed in my Juneau, Alaska studio. Each print is hand-carved and hand-printed, so no two are exactly alike. You will receive a random numbered print from the edition.
